One of the highlights for us at Infinite Asset Solutions was tuning into the People & Culture Summit, where conversations reminded us that the future of hospitality is as much about people as it is about operations.
From the Room with a View podcast with Grant Alchin and Scott Boyes from Trilogy Hotels alongside Kailash Sarma from the R U OK? Youth Advisory Board, to the panel on cultivating growth with Nathan Cox from Accor, Rowena Carter from Four Seasons, Stacey Ashley, and Mardi Sparrow from Trilogy Hotels — the message was clea when we invest in people, wellbeing, and development, retention and guest experience both rise.
It’s these kinds of conversations that fuel our passion to keep building not just great services, but strong partnerships with the teams and properties we work with. Big thanks to the organisers for putting on such a valuable event — we’re leaving energised and full of ideas to bring back to our clients.
